Warehouse Shift

General Information

A:         Hours
M/T/W     10am-Closing (Approximately 9-10pm)
Thurs         8am-Closing (Approximately 6pm)
Fridays off

At times, especially during the holidays, extended hours/days are required. Also some
Friday work during the year may be required.

B: Each employee must be able to lift at least 60lbs and be willing to work partially in cooler
area (32 degrees F)
C: Work shoes (no sneakers) are required.
D: Minor Cleaning duties are required and will be assigned on a seniority basis.
E: No cell phones are allowed in the work area
F: Eating and drinking is not allowed in the work area.
G: You must have your own car. Public transportation is not available.

Wages
Starting pay is $12.50 an hour.
Benefits:
A: Union membership begins at the end of the first full calendar month (monthly dues- 2 ½
times the hourly wage, begin at this time). At this point, members can receive care at the
medical center in NYC. A $100 union initiation fee is also collected (after 90 days)
B: There is a 90-day probation period. After which, MagnaCare (full major medical care)
begins.
C: Benefits start in 60 days. They include 5 personal days and major holidays.
D: Vacation: 1 Week after 12 months, 1 week every 6 months.
E: After 12 months, 401k is available (matching 3%)

Pay Details:
A: The workweek ends on Tuesday. Employees are paid weekly with direct deposit at 12:01
AM, every Friday. Direct deposit begins after 2-3 days. All employees must have either a
checking or a savings account
