Fresh, rindless goat's milk cheese blended with garlic and herbs. The color is bright white, the texture is moist and consistent, and the flavor is mild, clean and lactic. Spreadable, good for salads and cooking, and easy to slice into medallions. If you are making homemade pasta, use it as filling for ravioli or tortellini. Made without animal rennet.
